Your data is securely stored in Brevo (data processor) on behalf of Queen’s University Belfast (data controller) as part of the Grow Project.
Data is kept only until the reporting period ends, then deleted. It will not be shared with third parties.

Certificates & badges

Certificates of completion are issued through Open Badge Factory on behalf of Queen's Univeristy Belfast.
Your name and email are stored by Open Badge Factory, as this information is embedded in the badge and used for the Open Badge Passport service.
Your email is required for badge delivery and for optional account registration on Open Badge Passport.
